Pricing questions
Can I sign up today?
Sign-up is invite-only for now. Email us for an invite code and you can create a Starter workspace yourself. You’ll need a work email on the same domain as the product you want to record; free mail addresses aren’t accepted.
Is there a free trial?
No. Every recording drives a real browser and uses real AI, voice and machine time, so a Starter workspace needs credits before its first run. If you’d rather see it before buying anything, book a demo and we’ll show you a help article of yours as a video.
How much does a guide cost?
A short guide, a minute or two of narrated video, typically takes about 20 credits ($2) to record and cut. Checking it later against your product is about 5 credits ($0.50) when nothing has changed, and about 50 ($5) when the product has moved and the video is recorded again. Longer walkthroughs cost more. Your workspace shows an estimate before every run.
What do credits pay for?
What each run actually uses. Recording a guide, checking it against your product and re-cutting a video each draw credits. You see an estimate before a run starts and the exact cost when it ends, and every run has a ceiling it can’t spend past.
What if a run fails?
You pay for real usage. When a failure is our fault, the credits for that run are refunded to your balance.
Do credits expire?
Yes, 12 months after you buy them.
How long do you keep my videos?
Your live videos stay hosted while the workspace is in use: at least 50 credits every 3 months. You can download any video at any time, so your own copies are yours to keep whatever happens.
How is Business priced?
By contract, invoiced rather than prepaid. Tell us what your product is, roughly how many help topics you want as video, how often your UI changes and which other tools your walkthroughs touch, and we’ll send a quote.
